Lawyer Referral Program

The KCBA provides an opportunity for lawyer referrals for the public through our website (www.kanecountybar.org). (for an additional fee)
The public can also call our “Find A Lawyer” phone line at (630) 762-1900 to listen to a recorded message which contains agency referral numbers for free services.

Social Events

The KCBA sponsors social events throughout the year. These events have included the Steer Roast, Holiday Party & Toy Drive, Golf Scramble, Judges' Night and much more. Social events provide opportunities to make and enhance professional contacts and friendships within the legal community.

Monthly service offered second Saturday of each month. Volunteer attorneys answer phone calls

Lawyer in the Lobby Program

Held in the Kane County Courthouse every Friday from 9:00 am – Noon. Two volunteer attorneys are stationed in the lobby to aid pro se litigants in small claims and arbitration matters.
