Kane County Judicial System Access Pass Card

—Effective November 25, 2024—  For Attorneys Only

Please follow these steps to obtain your Kane County Judicial Access Pass Card.

  1. Attorneys must download the “Kane County Judicial System Access Card Application”  HERE .
  2. Fill out form completely and sign.
  3. Drop off the completed form to the KCBA: 555 S Randall Rd Ste 203; St. Charles, IL 60174. The attorney must be the one dropping off the form.
  4. When the attorney drops off the form, their picture will be taken and their card will be made. Payment is due at the time of dropping off the form. 
  5. Applications will be sent out once every 1-2 weeks for a background check. Once the attorney is approved to have an access pass, they will be mailed their card and will receive an email confirming that their card has been sent.
