1. To provide a forum for open discussion and free exchange of ideas between new lawyers through shared resources and experiences.
  2. Encourage newly admitted attorneys to become members of the KCBA.
  3. Encourage new members to participate in various KCBA committees and events, including social events and seminars.
  4. Welcome Judges and KCBA leaders to meet NLC Members and provide information about the KCBA and the practice of law in Kane County.
  5. Establish and maintain a mentor-mentee program.
  6. To encourage and foster professional development of new lawyers.

This committee generally meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 5:15 pm at a location TBD by the committee chairs and distributed to committee members via email prior to the meeting.
