The Kane County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service exists to provide the public with referrals to participating lawyers in Kane and its surrounding counties. This is not a Pro Bono(free) lawyer service. If you are looking to consult with an attorney, fill out your information in the form below. You will then be provided the name and contact information of a KCBA member attorney with whom you can make a telephone appointment to discuss your legal problem. You must initiate contact with the attorney whose information you are provided with.. You are not obligated to hire the referred attorney nor is the attorney obligated to accept you as a client.
Please keep in mind that the attorneys in the referral service are private attorneys; they set their own fees and make their own arrangements for payments.
Depending on availability, referrals may be made to attorneys that practice in the following counties: Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will.
