Conference Room Reservation

The Kane County Bar Association has two conference rooms which are available to both members & non-members for client meetings, depositions, etc. on a first come, first serve basis, whenever KCBA meetings or activities are not scheduled. 

MEMBERS- There is no charge for the use of a conference room(s).  Please note that the member must be present during the room usage & cannot reserve a conference room on behalf of a non-member even if the non-member is part of the member's firm. NON-MEMBERS- Rental charge is $95 for the first 3 hours (minimum fee of $95 will be applied). $25 will be charged for every additional hour in one-hour increments.  The room reservation must be paid in advance with either a credit card or check. Credit cards will be charged either the day of the reservation or the following day.  If a non-member would like to join the KCBA, the rental fee will be applied to their dues.  To reserve a conference room, please call 630-762-1915 to verify availability and then complete & email a reservation form to

  • HOURS:
         Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
         Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS:  Available in both conference rooms.
  • LARGE CONFERENCE ROOM: Seats twelve comfortably and can accommodate up to twenty people.
  • SMALL CONFERENCE ROOM:  Seats six comfortably and can accommodate up to eight people.
  • ADDITIONAL SERVICES:  The conference room rental includes only the use of the room.  The KCBA staff is not available for administrative services, however, the following services are available at an additional cost & upon request:
    Copies-10 cents per page
    Faxes-$1 per page 

Please Note: If you have reserved the room and need to cancel your reservation, please do so in advance so that it is available for others to reserve if needed.  Also, the individual reserving the room is responsible for any damages that may occur.
